ABOUT US

This is a start-up British Car Club located at the Tip of the Mitt in Cheboygan, Michigan. We are starting up this club due to the absence of a British Car Club in our area. The nearest British Car Club is about 2 hours away and makes it hard to attend their functions. If you have an interest in joining us in this endeavor to gather British Car enthusiasts together to enjoy our wonderful cars as well as creating friendships with like-minded people, then please respond and join us on this adventure.
First let me tell you who I am:
My name is Brad Wik and I have owned, as well as restored British Cars since my first which was a red 1966 Midget that I paid $600 to have the privilege of ownership. Since that day I have had several MGBs, a MGC Roadster, Triumph TR6s, Triumph TR8s, TR7 Spyder, an Austin Healey 3000, a couple Austin Healey Bugeye Sprites, a 1969 Jaguar E-type (37 years) as well as a few Jaguar Sedans. I presently own a 1961 MGA Roadster, 1971 Triumph Stag, 1981 Triumph TR8, and for the last year I have been working on a 1969 Jaguar E-type Roadster. I was the owner of a British Car repair and restoration shop for years, working on customer's cars. I have since retired and am enjoying more time with my own cars.
Are you a fan of British motorcars and interested in maintaining or repairing your car? Then look no further, as we invite you to join us at the Tip Of The Mitt British Car Club! Our club is intended to bring enthusiasts who share a passion for repairing, restoring, and the enjoyment of driving British Cars. Whether you are a long-time collector or a newcomer to the hobby, we welcome all who are interested in celebrating these classic vehicles. No need to own one (but it is a lot more fun). One of the highlight of being a member of our club is the opportunity to participate in the various events that we will organize throughout the year. These events not only provide members with the chance to showcase their hard work and dedication in bringing these British gems back to life but also offer a platform for sharing tips, tricks, and expertise with fellow enthusiasts. On our website (once fully developed) you will find a wealth of information about upcoming events, including details on how to sign up and participate and where to find parts for your cars. In addition to our events or other car club events, our website also will offer the opportunity to purchase club merchandise, allowing you to show off your love for British motorcars wherever you go. So, if you are looking to connect with like-minded individuals, learn more about the operating and care for your car, and immerse yourself in the world of British Sports Cars, we invite you to explore what the Tip Of The Mitt British Car Club has to offer.
